We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at the Digital Marketing Squad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling marketing services and generating leads and sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling marketing services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in the language of marketing, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing concepts and solutions.
