We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesman to join our team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding our product range, and assisting customers in finding the perfect bicycle and accessories to meet their needs.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Provide detailed information about our bicycles and accessories.
Understand and stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting the right bicycle and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.- Knowledge of bicycles and their components is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
