JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented in for a professional Sales Officer for a dynamic, on-site full time role. Based primarily in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This position entails responsibility for maximize the sales of the company products and to reach out to potential customers to surplus the business.
· Visits existing and potential customers, dealers and traders for sale and follow-up, including maintaining commercial technical interface between principal and customer to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross profit target are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
· Negotiable prices, deliveries, specifications with customers.
· Responsible for achieving agreed sales target.
· Responsible for achieving agreed sales target and goals.
· Implement the unique prospective to reaching out new potential clients for increasing the sales.
· Preparing the quotation for the clients and submit the invoices to the accounts department. .
· On recipient of the order, generate the invoices according to the stock availability.
· Understanding the major market strategy and trends.
· Focus and maintain the CRM database of the company.
· Coordinate with the warehouse officer and customers, update on progress of orders and deliveries.
· Monitor the stock level for reorder.
· Prepare the weekly, monthly and annual reports of the sale.
· 5+ years of professional Sales experience.
· Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
· Strong Knowledge and background of Petrochemical Industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· UAE Driving license is mandatory.
· The Candidate must be in UAE.
