Job Location : Dubai We are seeking a motivated and experienced HORECA Salesperson to join our team.
Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafs) sector, developing strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence
Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies that align with our mission to empower farmers and promote sustainability for our single-origin quality conscious coffees.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with new HORECA clients, emphasizing the unique story and benefits of our specialty coffee
- Client Visits: Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, provide comprehensive information about our coffee, and offer tailored solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that reflect the value of our coffee and prioritize long-term partnerships over short-term profits
Requirements : - Preferably experienced as a HORECA salesperson or similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on specialty coffee.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its unique needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Past experience and networking skills preferred *
