About the role:

We are looking for colleagues who can quickly perpetuate a culture that embraces modern design and exceptional service, who have a passion for outstanding customer-tailored service that is both unique and authentic. We believe our guests select our hotel because of our caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests stay free from stress and filled with success.

To meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximizing the hotel's revenues and profits in across all revenue streams specifically rooms, small meeting conference and Food & Beverage operating departments.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests and associates.
  • International Sales experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales processes effectively.
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
