Job Description

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software
