Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and attend to their requests and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.- Identify training improvements or new courses by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maximize sales revenues & meet institute objectives.
- Generate new leads, manage & grow the business of the company.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience
Excellent Communication skills- Negotiation, Problem -solving and Presentation Skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique
Excellent prior experience with corporates, universities and vendors will be an added
advantage.- Experience from Training/Education will be an advantage.
