Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to introduce our products and services.
- Understand clients needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our marble products, including their characteristics, applications, and pricing.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of different marble varieties to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Utilize market insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marble industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking abilities with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
