Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Sharjah. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, making sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role will involve meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
o Actively seek out and engage with potential customers.
o Promote and sell vault rental services to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
o Provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
3. Public Speaking and Presentations:
o Conduct presentations and tours of the facility for potential customers.
o Explain the benefits, features, and pricing of vault rental services in both English
and Arabic.
o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking
opportunities.
4. Administrative and Reporting Duties:
o Use Microsoft 365 to manage customer records, schedule appointments, and
prepare reports.
o Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
o Assist with the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
o Collect data and contact pontetial leads and transform leads to customers.
5. Training and System Management:
o Train new employees on sales techniques, customer service protocols, and
company systems.
o Ensure all sales data and customer information are accurately recorded and
maintained.
Qualifications:
1. Language Skills:
o Proficient in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
2. Experience:
o 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as security
services, storage solutions, or luxury goods.
3. Sales Skills:
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.4. Public Speaking and Presentation Skills:
o Excellent public speaking skills.
o Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
5. Administrative Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Training Abilities:
o Experience in training and mentoring new staff.
o Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
7. Other Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a vault rental shop or similar environment.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures related to vaults or storage facilities.
