Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Sales Pitch: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.Lead Conversion: Identify and convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on leads and sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to foster long-term relationships.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer needs, and product development.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on strategies and customer communications.
  • Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
