Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive with Royal Sky Group located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Executive will initialize and manage relationships with customers. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase by them or someone in their household.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the pipeline.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory market's potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience ice in 3-5 years quota carrying sales experience.
  • IT experience will be preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Market research skills
  • Sales pipeline management

Job Conditions:

  • Work Location: On Site
  • Working Hours: 8 Hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Days Off: 2 Days (Saturday-Sunday)
