Sales Executive (senior and junior)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the HORECA. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and forecasting.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Product Presentation: Present, promote, and sell products using sales techniques to existing and potential customers.
- Customer Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Negotiation and Sales Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and volume discounts. Close sales deals and secure contracts with HORECA customers to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments affecting the frozen food sector and the HORECA market segment. Gather market intelligence, analyse competitor strategies, and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA/F&B industry.
- Deep knowledge in protein range of products.
- Gender: Male or Female
- Proficient in English language both spoken and written (Arabic, French or German language will be an advantage)
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas/targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, fun, and down to earth.
- Valid driver's license.
