Job Description

As Sales Executive, You will be focusing on selling our cutting-edge SaaS solutions tailored for the recruitment industry. With your background in SaaS sales, you will have the opportunity to have a deep understanding of the recruitment sector. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in this dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

Focus areas:

Sales Strategy: Contribute to Develop and implement a sales strategy to target and acquire new clients within the recruitment industry for our solutions.

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to demonstrate the value of our product and drive new business opportunities.

Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges related to recruitment processes and offer tailored solutions that address these requirements effectively.

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our solutions.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, handling objections and closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets.

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for management on sales progress and outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and client needs.

This is not any typical recruiting role; this is a commercial driven role. This is IMPACT!

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of SaaS business
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in HR / Recruitment solutions
