Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Tyre and Lubricant Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tires and lubricants, with experience in managing dealer and OEM customer relationships. This role is essential for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
(1)Sales and Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in the channel dealer market.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers within the tire and lubricant sectors.
(2)Dealer and OEM Management:
- Manage relationships with dealers and OEM customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers for performance assessment and support.
- Share updated price list / offers.
- Share size wise stock availability to Customers.
- Prepare quotes.
(3)Sales and Collections:
- Achieve sales targets and maintain outstanding payments.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
(4)Relationship Building:
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and OEM clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Has 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire and lubricant industry.
- Strong understanding of the channel dealer market and experience working with distributors.
- Proven track record in sales and collections.
- Sales Techniques skills including networking and upselling.
