Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Expert to join our team, specializing in IT and AI Smart Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of sales experience, particularly within the UAE and GCC markets, and possess a deep understanding of AI, Smart Technologies, IT, and ICT products and services. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be proactive, strategic, and capable of driving business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive client need analysis.
Develop and execute effective account planning strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities from lead to closure.
Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals.
  • Identify, assess, and capture new accounts across various lines of business.
Penetrate new markets and promote AI and Smart Technologies solutions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Oversee sales-focused activities, including RFQ submissions, commercial invoices, proposals, client presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and sub-contractors to deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of data interpretation and sales reports.
  • Maintain solid communication with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the division head for the financial year.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Interpret data to provide insights and drive business decisions.
Prepare detailed sales and performance reports.
  • Understand and apply business principles and practices to achieve objectives.
Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Key Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in AI and Smart IT projects sales, particularly within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, with a strong understanding of AI, Smart Technologies, IT, and ICT technology products, services, and projects.
Proven track record of managing and expanding a robust client portfolio with significant leads.
  • Strong network and understanding of the regional market dynamics in the UAE and GCC.
Excellent knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in AI and Smart Technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.
Valid driving license and own car.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UAE and GCC as required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Certification in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
