Responsibilities:
- To provide investment information and financial advice to prospective subscribers and investors.
- Achieve sales and business targets, including subscribers and investors and AUM building, by promoting the company's investment products to local and overseas high net worth clients and in respect of retail investors build a pool(s) to meet the minimum investment threshold of $100,000.
- Organizing road shows, seminars and webinars to onboard new subscribers and investors within the GCC and other jurisdictions.
- Setting sales goals and ensuring they are met by the business development team
- Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to drive results
- Responsible for selling investment opportunities through our Cayman Fund and business development for new property opportunities
- Managing client relationships and advising the clients on their investment plans. This role includes acquiring clients, offering investment advice, and on boarding them through approved on-boarding sub-contractors.
- Responsible for analyzing information to prepare various reports related to the marketing and sale processes for our investment property opportunities.
- Developing and completing presentations for existing and new clients
- Coordinating information with sales executives for meeting preparation, client agendas, discussing client issues and gathering follow-up information
- Tracking and evaluating business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis Training and mentoring sales team members
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance accurately
Experience and Requirements:
- Prior experience working in wealth management in a financial institution is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in real estate financing and selling off plan properties.
- Strong communication and coordination skills - ability to work and communicate effectively
- Fluency in English Language
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Ability to lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving collective goals.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Must be willing to travel within and outside of the UAE and GCC
