Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Leader at Arabian Radio Network (Dubai Holding Entertainment) in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Developing high-impact sales strategies that align brands with ARN's multilingual content, creating immersive and innovative experiences for clients.
• Coaching and inspiring sales talent, building a team with cutting-edge sales skills, and establishing a pipeline of high-potential professionals ready to integrate, sell and lead in with a digital skill set.
• Shaping commercial content and digital product integration, leveraging our extensive footprint to expand our commercial product offerings and enhance the ARN experience for clients.
• Using world's best practices in commercial media, position ARN as the premier media partner in the region, developing key relationships with major advertisers and agency leadership teams.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Proven experience in media sales and team development, ideally with radio experience/background.
• A passion for digital integration and creating 360-degree advertising solutions for our clients.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and elevate a multicultural, multilingual team.
• Strong business acumen, with an understanding of out-of-home and digital advertising in the UAE, particularly Dubai.
• Motivate the sales team to forecast and achieve sales targets, aligning goals with market trends and team capabilities to drive consistent growth.
