Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Sales Manager to join our real estate team at Etagi Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in closing a significant number of off-plan and secondary market deals. They must be well-groomed, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the UAE's real estate market.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.

• Close high-value off-plan and secondary property deals.

Provide expert guidance on market trends and strategies.

• Maintain and grow client relationships.

• Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.

• Proven success in closing off-plan and secondary sales.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Russian and Chinese nationals are encouraged to apply.
