Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Logistics Coordinator at SKME General Trading LLC in Dubai. The Sales Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, managing customer service, and ensuring smooth logistics for the sales process. The role involves daily tasks such as order processing, inventory management, coordinating shipments, and providing support to the sales team.

• Knowledge of sales processes and logistics
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the trading industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Required Graduate or Postgraduate with Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in Shipping / freight forwarding /NVOCC company.
• She should be an expert in Sales and operations coordination, Quotation follow-up and closing of contract.
• Should have good knowledge in OOG, IG, DG, non-DG and reefer operations.
• Should be an expert in CRM and sales lead generation.
• If required she should visit customers together with GM or other logistics team members.
• Required excellent communication and written skills in English. Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage
• She should have an average knowledge of customs clearance and documentation. Connections with 3PL, charters and vsl owners are added advantages for this position.
