We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team with a leading Tiles Distribution Company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for the tiles industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion

Requirements:
