Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role at Almassar travel located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
