We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive the business growth in the interior and have a proven track record in sales and will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing client relationship and securing major Fit-outs projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management:Set clear sales objectives, track individual and team performance, and take corrective actions when necessary to meet goals.
- Sales Strategy Implementation:Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement the company's overall sales strategy and ensure it aligns with market opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with key customers, act as a point of escalation for customer issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success and business growth.
- Proven experience in networking within retail, hospitality & commercial sector in Dubai and other UAE regions.
