We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive white paperboard (folding box board mainly used for food and beverage applications) sales to customers across the Middle East. As the Sales Manager, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our current and new customers as well as internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on order taking and ensure machine allocation is fulfilled as per schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and merchants to drive sales and foster loyalty.
- Understand the business flow of the food packaging industry to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Middle East.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the white paperboard industry (folding box board mainly used for food and beverage applications) with a proven track record of excellent achievements.
- Established relationships with Brand Owners in the Quick Service Restaurant(QSR) industry.
- Fluency in English.
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East to meet with customers.
