Description
As a Sales Manager - Automotive, you will oversee and lead the activities of the Automotive Sales, you will be responsible for the operations of the company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales by monitoring the performance of teams and their sales goals to ensure that the business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Automotive sales teams in your area.
- Responsible for building, motivating, and inspiring a team to bring new exciting solutions to the market and achieve annual targets.
- Perform budget oversight and accurate forecasting. Report sales forecasts and pipeline relative to plan on a monthly basis, and manage P&L for the sales operations
- Develop and successfully implement short, medium, and long-term strategic plans to create new revenue opportunities.
- Cultivate, foster, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation
- Analyse data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans, and lead preparation
- Partner with key stakeholders of other cross-functional departments to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that equips the sales team and drives business growth for our clients and for the organisation.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the automotive, goods, and jobs team.
- Build an exceptionally driven sales team by identifying potential candidates, hiring, and retaining elite sales talent.
- Exhibit integrity through fair and ethical behavior toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment.
- Review and analyse sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Identify and analyse customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Assign territories and sets targets, and objectives for sales teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales targets and strategies.
- Act as a company representative to build an ongoing healthy business relationship with dubizzle's key clients.
- Review, and set the Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, and annual evaluations and conduct evaluations in a timely and constructive manner
- Set, and review team KPIs
- Hire, coach, train, shadow, and lead on-ground team(s), and on-phone team(s) to achieve growth goals.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 7+ Years of experience in a similar field
- Minimum 3+ years experience in people management
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Leadership skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
- Able to lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve specific goals.
