Job Purpose:
Lead the strategic development and expansion of Horeca and E-commerce channels
Responsibilities:
Channel strategy development
- Formulate and execute comprehensive channel strategies tailored to the needs and dynamics of the Horeca and E-commerce segments, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends
- Analyze competitor activities, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted initiatives to maximize sales and market share
Sales and business growth
- Lead sales and business development efforts within the Horeca and E-commerce channels,
- focusing on achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and E-commerce platforms, positioning the company as a preferred partner
Performance monitoring and analysis
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs for the Horeca and E-commerce channels, tracking progress against targets and objectives to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of sales data, channel performance, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
Team development
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team, promoting professional development and growth opportunities
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- Previous sales experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry (15+ years)
- Experience in budget development and allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in analyzing P&L statements to assess sales performance and cost-effectiveness
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Arabic is required
