Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Identify and prioritize target markets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop and refine sales processes and pipelines.
• Business Development:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Network with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Sales Execution:
• Close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
