WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY
Camlin Energy is currently seeking to recruit a Region Sales Leader to cover Middle East (including KSA, UAE, Bahrain & Oman). The role will be remote reporting to Camlin's Sales Director for Rest of World, though intention is to establish permanent office in Region. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of selling high value solutions to customers in the Energy & Utilities market. This challenging, rapidly changing and exciting business needs the best people to bring market leading solutions into the energy sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Proven experience in managing a sales territory within the energy/ power/ sectors is essential.
Strong domain expertise in Energy & Utilities, with experience of selling both equipment and software desired.
Proven sales experience and a firm track record in a technical environment.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Target driven individual who thrives under pressure and is ambitious to succeed.
Ability to travel throughout Middle East region.
English language essential, other languages preferred.
DESIRED CRITERIA
Depending on experience educated to Degree Level or equivalent in Electrical/ Mechanical / Technical or equivalent engineering discipline.
Broad commercial experience and highly professional sales and business development skills.
Competent in managing the specification process from inception through to delivery.
Analysis of customer requirement and matching overall solutions possibilities to our skills and products.
Experience of managing customer expectations and relationships within company deliverables.
