Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Manager at City and Sea Group. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, German is a big plus
• Experience in the tourism sector is a plus
