Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.

Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems to improve efficiency.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
