Role Description

The Private Banking Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts targeted at High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within the private banking sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow the HNWI client base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with affluent individuals through proactive prospecting and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with HNWIs, acting as their trusted advisor.
  4. Understand clients financial goals and tailor personalized wealth management solutions accordingly.
  5. Lead efforts to expand market share and increase revenue within the private banking segment.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our tailored banking and investment services.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape affecting HNWIs.
  8. Deep understanding of wealth management products, including investments, estate planning, and private banking services.
  9. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs related to private banking clients.
  10. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management regarding sales pipeline, revenue projections, and market insights.

Requirements Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on serving HNWIs.

  • Strong understanding of wealth management principles, investment products, and financial markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a competitive and dynamic environment.
