Role Description:
- Sales and Marketing Plan Development: Create and implement a sales and marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives to achieve volume targets in the short and long term.
Customer/Distributor Management: Develop and execute account strategies and plans to maximize volume within agreed budgets for key customers and distributors.- Performance Reporting: Provide comprehensive marketing and sales information, including performance reports and account activity updates, to ensure management and team members are well-informed.
Quotation and Tender Oversight: Supervise the entire quotations and tender process.
- Sales Administration: Manage all sales and bidding-related documentation efficiently.
Education and Experience:
Approximately 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the regional Construction Industry.- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
Strong written and verbal skills in English.
