Salary Range: SAR 18,000 20,000 per month +Other benefits

Job Overview:

Datailer Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Clients CDW(Commercial Drinking Water) division in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the division's sales growth, managing the sales team, and building long-lasting customer relationships. You will be instrumental in expanding the company's customer base and enhancing its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales growth and meet targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.

Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the companys customer base and ensure a strong market presence.

Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives while setting clear objectives and monitoring their performance.

Build and foster strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities and shifts in market trends.

Maintain a keen awareness of new products, industry competition, and developments in the market.

Requirements:

Experience: 7-9 years of relevant sales experience in Commercial Drinking water industry

Must be based in KSA with a valid KSA driving license.

Proficient in Arabic (native or fluent) and fluent in English.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create and implement sales strategies that deliver results.
