We are searching for a Sales Manager to be part of our team in Dubai!

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Setting Sales Targets: Establishing sales targets for the sales team to achieve in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Team Management: Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are motivated and productive.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the company's products and being able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to implement strategies suitable for the sales and decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Managing the sales budget effectively to optimize resources and maximize sales performance.
  • Sales Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance evaluations, setting individual sales targets, and providing feedback to help team members improve and grow.

Ideal Profile

Qualification

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, fashion, hospitality or any related field is often required.
  • Experience: 3-5 of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role, is essential for a sales manager.
  • Leadership Skills: Sales managers should possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire their team, set clear goals, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for a sales manager to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Sales managers should be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  • Customer Focus: A sales manager should have a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs and preferences of customers and ensuring that the sales team delivers exceptional service.
  • Strategic Thinking: Sales managers should be able to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
