Job Description:As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by managing and expanding our client portfolio. You will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their business objectives and ensure our services align with their goals.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and by acquiring new clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on exhibition stand design and functionality. Ensure clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the
exhibition stand building industry or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of exhibition stand design and construction processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
