WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales consultant to develop their skills.
- Generate new business and build introducer relationships
- Develop and manage successful campaigns for your team, clients, and partners.
- Drive revenue with the account executives to exceed budgets.
- Champion our brand and unique advertising offerings within the industry.
- Be visible with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in sales management
- Well connected
- Experience in managing clients relationships
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar
- Ability to work in a competitive environment.
- High determination and self-discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
