Sales Manager Fintech
We are partnered with a Global Fintech looking to hire a Sales Manager to help with the expansion of Saudi
You will be pivotal in expanding their reach, driving revenue, and building relationships with key clients.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets, including SMBs and enterprise clients.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, upsell solutions, and maximize lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and refine approaches in a fast-evolving industry.
- Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning us as a top-of-mind partner in payments.
Required experience:
- 3+ years in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the payments or fintech space.
- Deep understanding of the payments landscape, client pain points, and emerging trends.
- Passion for building relationships, with a consultative approach to understanding and solving client challenges.
- Ability to craft compelling sales strategies and adapt quickly to changing market demands.
- Articulate, persuasive, and able to connect with clients at all levels.
