Job Summary
The role holder leads a team of Sales Manager to sell TBS Products & Services to assigned customers segment. The role holder also maintains relationships with clients and markets ANB Products/Services to existing and potential CBG, CBD, CCU & SME clients.
Main responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition
- Prepares visit schedules and call on clients to maintain relationships.
- Identify marketing prospects and directs reporting TBS sales managers offices, to initiate borrowing or non-borrowing relationships with various segment within Fintech industry.
- Financial targets & onboard profitable deals.
- Determine customer needs, enhance relationship and provide competitive services.
- Customer acquisition as new to bank, and maintain existing relationships.
Reviews, and prepares product proposals
Reviews, analyses and prepares product and/or solution proposals; recommends appropriate actions to reporting TBS Fintech team leader.
Communication with customers
- Respond to customers enquiries and complaints.
- Follow-up repayments and commissions collection from customers.
Promote Cross-selling
- Cross-selling ANB products offered by other business units within the bank (Treasury products, Investments, Consumer, trade, CB & RBG etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or any other relevant field.
- Total 4-6 years experience with at least 4 years in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluently speak, read and write in both Arabic & English.
