Job Title: Sales Manager - NADURA (Plant-based)

Job Overview:
NADURA is seeking a dynamic individual to take on a combined role as Chef & Sales Manager specifically targeting the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) market. This unique position requires culinary expertise and strong sales skills to effectively promote our innovative products to food service professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Horeca clients, including Executive Chefs, Restaurant and Operation Directors and senior level catering professionals.
- Promote and sell NADURA's products, emphasizing their versatility and benefits for various culinary applications.
- Develop recipes and menus for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop menus and promotional materials for the Horeca market.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging culinary presentations that highlight our products in a Horeca context.
- Stay updated on food trends and consumer preferences within the Horeca industry to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Monitor sales budgets and performance and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
Qualifications and requirement :
- Culinary degree or relevant experience in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on the Horeca sector.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Understanding and passion for plant-based foods and sustainability.
