Sales manager
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities:
Report to regional head.
Assist line manager with all operational mainly client-related matters.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Actively generate sales leads, develop new business and identify areas of improvement.
Implement GCL's strategy while providing local market inputs to ensure we maximize company and region results.
Within established parameters, prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts with assigned customer base and potential new customers.
Work closely and communicate effectively with different global departments to maximize efficiency.
Represent GCL on trade fairs and conferences.
Analyze market and competitor information and stay up to date with technical and financial market requirements.
Maintain sales pipeline in CRM system.
Prepare reports on account status.
Organize and execute marketing campaigns together with our clients.

Requirements:
At least 3 Years in channel or key account sales (Preferred Solar PV).
Bachelor Degree (science, project management or engineering degree would be preferred )
Candidates who has close relationship with major solar investors in Indonesia would be preferred.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Power point) and CRM
Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
Role could be home-based
