Sales Manager - German & Tajik

Hiring an experienced Sales Manager for one of Dubai's Top 5 Real Estate Developers. The role will be located in Dubai, UAE. The role is predominantly an indirect sales role, so an existing broker network to leverage on will be a requirement, or coming from a luxury client facing role. You will be reporting to a Sales Director and will focus on driving sales excellence without the managerial responsibilities. Remuneration:

Basic Salary: AED 12,000

Incentive: AED 3,000 upon reaching 60% of monthly target of 7.5M

Commission:

0.8% from indirect sales (Through brokerages or Individuals)

1.4% from direct sales (own lead or company provided lead)

• Possess 1-3 years of experience in developer indirect sales (channel sales) or have worked as a broker with a top agency in Dubai, Germany.
• Proficiency in the following languages is required:
• Tajikistan National
• German (German National)

Skills :

• Efficiency in MS office
• Minimum Experience: 2 years experience with a Real Estate Developer indirect sales role
• Real Estate Developer experience is a MUST
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
