Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at GPR located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals and targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities for growth, and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

• Previous experience in sales or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
