- Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the secondary market segment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and guiding the sales team to success.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving sales objectives.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, specifically in the secondary market segment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
UAE driving license and familiarity with Dubai real estate market regulations are advantageous.
