Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within the Qatar market.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to optimize sales processes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the fintech or finance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Qatar market and business landscape.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qatar residency is mandatory.
