Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager-Hospitality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the HoReCa sector in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively manage a team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Requirement:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the HoReCa segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other relevant institutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behaviour in the HoReCa industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English with Arabic.
  • Contacts within the hotel, restaurants and catering industry within the F&B, Chefs and Purchase departments highly preferred.
