Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and profitability across the UAE. You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies across all UAE regions.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Strong understanding of how to manage a sales team across different cities and cultural contexts within UAE.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
