Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and profitability across the UAE. You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across all UAE regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Strong understanding of how to manage a sales team across different cities and cultural contexts within UAE.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
