Job Opening: Sales Manager
  • Location: Dubai or Saudi
  • Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 aed
  • Position Overview:

Our client is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI-driven photo booth solutions. Our innovative products are transforming the event industry by delivering unique and memorable experiences for guests.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the AI photo booth business within the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the events or technology sector and a deep understanding of the GCC markets.
  • Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the unique value of our AI photo booth solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or events industry within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or GCC markets.
Strong understanding of the cultural and business environment in the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in launching and promoting new products or services in the GCC region.
  • Existing network of industry contacts and partners in the events sector across the GCC.
