We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Maadi, Egypt. As a sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our cloud-based communication solutions. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales representatives, developing, and executing sales strategies, and exceeding revenue targets.
Role Description
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to acquire new customers and expand business within existing accounts.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the clients.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, providing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools, with a strong understanding of how these tools can be leveraged to maximize success within the SaaS and e-commerce space.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, continuously refining your sales approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on SaaS and e-commerce sales.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent English language.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication solutions and their value proposition.
