Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a team of three sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in both B2B and B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in cleaning & pest control, moving and transportation, and HVAC and hoods cleaning services.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the services industry.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes and strategies.
  • Experience in selling cleaning & pest control, moving and transportation, and HVAC and hoods cleaning services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
