Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and developing the sales process successfully
  • Actively searching for new potential clients (B2B)
  • Concluding contracts, overseeing them, and preparing business proposals
  • Supporting and developing business relationships, collaborating with existing clients
  • Visiting clients depending on business needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Technical knowledge or understanding of CNC equipment

Requirements:

  • Motivated to achieve financial and professional success through effective sales techniques
  • Able to plan, organize, and manage your work independently
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Able to make non-standard decisions and handle multitasking effectively
  • Attentive to client needs
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and charisma
  • Fluency in English
