Job Description
Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators
Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities to upper management.
Operational (process)
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
create & classify customers data base on Odoo (Ex. Consultant/ real estate/ clubs/ hotels )
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules

Train and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new competitors and competition status.

Customer Satisfaction (internal and external):
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
Serving as the face of the company to internal and external partners.
Advising sales team on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field
10+ years of sales experience in same industry with at least 3 years as a sales manager.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Personal Competencies
Experience in the sports field and landscape is a plus
